Streaming DJI Drones not supported by UAS tool

This guide is for streaming footage from DJI drones not supported by UAS Tool like the Avata and Air 3

  • Turn your drone on and open the DJI Fly app
  • Tap the three dots in top right and go to transmission
  • Tap "live Streaming Platforms" and tap RTMP

  • For the RTMP Address you need to enter "rtmp://yourserverurl:1935/nameofpath"

Example: rtmp://training.gotak.cloud:1935/live

  • Stream Key can be ignored. Select your resolution and Bitrate and tap Start Livestream
  • In ATAK tap on the 3 bars in top right and go to video
  • Once in video tap the plus button select rtsp as protocol and enter the url you entered earlier without rtmp:// and with 8554 instead of 1935
