This Shipping Policy explains how GoTAK LLC, doing business as Guerrilla Dynamics (“GoTAK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), processes and ships orders placed through www.getgotak.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Returns & Refund Policy.
Order processing
Many of our products — including field kits, EUDs, and configured systems — are built or provisioned to order. Standard in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom-configured items may require additional lead time, which we will communicate at or after the time of purchase. Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification when it ships.
Shipping methods and carriers
We ship using established carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, selected based on destination, size, and the nature of the items. Available methods and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout where applicable. Delivery time is the sum of processing time plus carrier transit time.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order, and any method you select. Rates do not include taxes, duties, or import fees, which are your responsibility where applicable.
Domestic shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. Some remote or restricted-access destinations may require additional time or handling.
International shipping
Where international shipping is offered, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with the import laws of the destination country. Certain products, software, and technical data are subject to U.S. export controls (including the EAR and, where applicable, the ITAR) and may not be exported or shipped to certain countries, entities, or individuals. We may decline or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable export-control and sanctions laws. Please see the export-control section of our Terms of Service for details.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number where the selected carrier and method support tracking. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Shipping delays
Estimated processing and transit times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the items to the carrier. If your shipment arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please contact us at sales@getgotak.com within 7 days so we can help you file a claim with the carrier. We recommend that high-value shipments be insured; where insurance is available, related costs may be reflected at checkout.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. Orders returned to us as undeliverable may be subject to re-shipping charges.
