Which devices does it work with?
It's built for GoTAK EUDs. A control device (Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5) runs MAAK Mission Control in the lid, and up to ten EUDs provision in the base — each in a MAAK Forge Case.
What can MAAK Mission Control do?

How fast is the sync?

Yes. Everything lives in a rugged, carry-on-compliant case (14.4″ × 8.71″ × 13.15″), padlock-compatible, with an integrated power supply, and it runs from 0–50 °C.
Does it need a network?
No — it provisions over its own USB-C bus and can sync over Wi-Fi when you want it. An on-board Ethernet connector is there when you want to bring it onto a network.
