From ATAK
Control The Radio
Key up, change channel, set power, and read the meter without reaching for the handset. Eyes on the map, hands on the mission.
Radio Relay
The Radio Relay ATAK plugin bridges your BTECH radio to ATAK over Bluetooth. Every teammate’s handheld puts them on a shared live map — positions, markers, and chat riding the RF you already carry. No towers, no internet, no subscription.
Your radios become an off-grid mesh network for ATAK
Launch the plugin in ATAK and pair with your BTECH radio through the standard Bluetooth dialog. The plugin auto-detects the model and sets the correct protocol.
The plugin pushes CoT markers, GeoChat, and position data across the radio network. Every nearby radio appears as a live contact on the ATAK map.
A gateway EUD syncs the radio net up to TAK Server and out to any operator in Network-Only Mode — HQ, other sites, any element that needs the picture.
THE DETECTION CHAIN
From ATAK
Key up, change channel, set power, and read the meter without reaching for the handset. Eyes on the map, hands on the mission.
No infrastructure
Every paired and relayed radio joins one mesh and shows up as a live ATAK contact — distance, last-heard, and frequency. Positions, markers, and chat ride the RF you already carry, with no towers, no internet, and no subscription.
200,000+ repeaters
Search the RepeaterBook directory from inside ATAK by country, state, and mode, then push the channel, frequency, and tone straight to the radio.
Every capability, tested in the field.
Bridges all in-range radios onto your off-grid EUD with options to relay over TAK Servers and MANET, displaying positions as virtual contacts visible to every operator on the team.
Relays CoT data — markers, routes, contacts — between off-grid ATAK EUDs and TAK Servers, LAN, and MANET. Syncs Meshtastic, trackers, and TAK Server contacts back to the radio network.
Self-healing mesh layer that auto-links every in-range radio into one resilient network. Individual nodes drop, the mesh rebuilds — TAK Server sees every leg, and operators stay on net even when the link to HQ goes dark.
Facilitates text-based GeoChat conversations between radio-equipped operators and TAK-only users. No translation layer, no message loss, no format drift.
Every EUD acts as the gateway between the radio mesh and ATAK. Bridge multiple deployed networks, federate to allied teams, or run Network-Only when isolated — the operator's device is the bridge into the picture.
Live repeater data from networks worldwide, pulled directly into the plugin. Search by frequency, callsign, or proximity — push the selected repeater to your radio in one tap.
Product walkthroughs, operator field reports, and technical deep dives. Run on real hardware, not marketing footage.

Bluetooth-TNC radios you already field — auto-detected on pairing, tested against production ATAK builds.
The most cost-effective Bluetooth-TNC radio that works with ATAK. Covers the UV-PRO handheld and the UV-50PRO 50-watt mobile/base — the plugin auto-detects the model on pairing and sets the correct protocol.
View the UV-PROCommercial-band radios with advanced encryption — HP782, HP702, and HM782. Same one-tap pairing and full CoT, GeoChat, and position bridging.
View HP7 radiosExperimental. The plugin can bridge a radio through a Digirig interface as a generic KISS TNC, so a set without a Bluetooth TNC of its own can still put positions and chat on the map. Treat it as experimental: it is unvalidated across radio models, cables, and audio levels, so expect to tune the setup yourself and don't plan a program around it yet. Tell us what you are running and we'll help you get it working.
More Bluetooth-TNC models are being tested and added. Need a specific radio verified for your program? Contact support.
Ask about a radioEverything you need to run it.
A radio to bridge, a manpack to relay it, and a mobile EUD to run ATAK. Pair any of these with the plugin and you're on the map.
Annual for short programs and pilots. Lifetime for operational rollouts and permanent deployments. Both include every update during the license term.
Your team. Your radios. One coherent picture.
License the plugin in under 2 minutes. Or book a scoping call if you're deploying to a team of 10+ and need a volume quote.
