Garmin and Samsung wearables the team already fields — no new hardware, no extra device on the kit list. HAIL reads heart rate, SpO₂, temperature and exertion continuously, tuned to each operator's own baseline rather than a generic threshold.

02 · Stream

Edge to command, with nobody in the loop.

Readings move from the wearable through the operator's EUD and onto the force-posture board without anyone stopping to report. In disconnected, intermittent and low-bandwidth conditions HAIL captures and stores at the edge, then forwards the backlog when comms come back.

03 · Decide

Who can still carry the mission.

The board shows every operator's state at a glance and flags the ones trending down, so a leader can decide who takes the next task and who needs to come off the line — before it becomes a casualty call.

HOW HAIL WORKS

Condition, on the same picture as position.

Every operator on the net shows up as a position on the map. What that position cannot tell you is whether the operator behind it is still fit to keep going. HAIL closes that gap with the watch they already wear.

01 THE PROBLEM

Position is tracked. Condition isn't.

Heat, fatigue, dehydration, and injury build for minutes before anyone calls them in — and the call usually comes too late to act on. A small-unit leader needs more than who is down: a continuous read on every operator, and the information to decide who takes the next task and who needs to come off the line.

02 LIVE VITALS

The watch operators already wear becomes the sensor.

HAIL reads continuous heart rate, SpO₂, temperature, and exertion from the Garmin and Samsung wearables teams already field — tuned to each operator rather than a generic threshold — and puts them on the same picture as position. No second app, no context switch, and nobody stopping to report.

03 READINESS

Not just alive or down — ready or not.

A status light tells you someone is up. HAIL reads the streams underneath the light — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, hydration — so a leader sees whether an operator can still carry the mission. When recovery drops below the line, HAIL flags it and proposes a qualified substitute from the same team. The leader confirms; the board settles back to all-green.

04 TCCC

The casualty card writes itself.

Full Tactical Combat Casualty Care with time-stamped interventions and an auto-composed handoff. The digital DD1380 auto-populates from sensor and treatment data — paired with RAIZOR, the medic never touches a keyboard. A one-touch 9-Line is composed from what has already been captured: patient status, location, and priority, straight to command.

05 DDIL

Works where the network isn’t.

Built for disconnected, intermittent, and low-bandwidth environments. HAIL captures and stores at the edge and forwards when comms come back, so a gap in the link is a delay rather than a hole in the record. Vitals and records move over goTenna, EVERYWHERE Comms, IP radios, or cell and Wi-Fi — no proprietary radio, no single point of failure, no rip-and-replace.
