Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All orders placed through our website are final and non-refundable. Each kit is made to order, ensuring the highest quality and tailored assembly for every customer. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds as a standard policy.
Discretionary Returns
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve returns under exceptional circumstances. Returns will only be considered if the following conditions are met:
- Unused and Undamaged: The items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- Complete Package: All components included in the original shipment must be returned.
- Request for Return Authorization: You must contact us and receive authorization before shipping any returns.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, including but not limited to:
- Shipping the product back to our facility.
- Ensuring the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Discretionary Nature of Returns
Please note that all return and refund decisions are made at our discretion. Approval of a return is not guaranteed, even if the above conditions are met.
