GoTAK Selected by USAFRICOM to Provide TAK_OS and Mission-Ready EUDs Under CACI Prime Contract for AOPTS 2

Virginia Beach, VA — 08/05/2026 — GoTAK LLC, a defense technology company specializing in the Team Awareness Kit (TAK) ecosystem, today announced it has been selected by United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM), in support of a CACI International Inc prime contract, to provide TAK_OS and GoTAK end user devices (EUDs) for the USAFRICOM Operations Planning and Training Support 2 (AOPTS 2) program.

CACI holds the prime contract with the U.S. Department of the Army, administered through the General Services Administration's Assisted Acquisition Services (FEDSIM) office via the ASTRO Support Pool contract vehicle.

Delivering TAK_OS in Support of AOPTS 2

GoTAK will deliver TAK_OS — the company's sovereign C6ISR platform — along with mission-ready EUDs to support operations planning and training activities for USAFRICOM.

The delivered capability includes:

TAK_OS Sovereign C6ISR Platform: A managed situational awareness platform providing the tactical common operating picture, server infrastructure, and the services that keep a fielded team synchronized.
Mission-Ready GoTAK EUDs: GrapheneOS-based Android devices, configured, tested, and delivered ready to operate rather than as bare hardware.
Mobile Device Management: Centralized enrollment, policy enforcement, and application control across the fielded device fleet.
ATAK Plugin Support: Maintained, in-house plugin integration so operators and planners work in the tools they already use.
Degraded-Environment Operation: A capability set built to hold up in austere conditions and across constrained or intermittent communications.
