Using Kiwix you can turn your EUD into a Hotspot and allow any device to connect and access the offline library.

By utilizing the EUD as the source of the data you do not need to worry about powering any other device. GoTAK EUDs are rugged and made to withstand the elements and so is the Survival SSD or the optional Survival SD that will go right inside any SD card slot that are found on all GoTAK EUDs and most Android phones.
